Founded 2010

Built From the Ground Up in North Alabama

Fidelity Residential was founded with a straightforward conviction: real estate in the North Alabama market offers durable, long-term value when acquired carefully and operated directly.

Over 16 years of acquisitions, we've assembled a concentrated portfolio of single-family homes, multifamily properties, and small commercial assets — all owned on our balance sheet and managed by our team.

We take no outside capital. We have no fund structure. Every decision is made by the principal team, and every property is operated the way we'd want our own home managed.

The result is a tight, responsive operation that benefits owners, lenders, tenants, and the communities we invest in.

2010

Founded

Fidelity Residential established in North Alabama. First acquisitions in the Huntsville market.

2013

Portfolio Expansion

Expanded into Decatur and surrounding Madison County communities.

2016

Multifamily Entry

First multifamily acquisition — began building the 2–20 unit segment of the portfolio.

2019

Commercial Diversification

Added small commercial properties to the portfolio. Three asset classes in operation.

2024

200+ Units

Portfolio surpasses 200 units owned and operated across North Alabama.
