Is going to get a major Renovation starting with removing old flooring throughout the household and fixtures. On the exterior of the home there will be window replacement, roofing repairs, siding repairs and general maintenance to through the entire exterior to protect investment from the elements. Also, there will be a complete landscape package completed in the front, back and side yards of the property. Moving to the interior of the house, we will be installing a half bathroom on the first floor of the A-side unit. There will be restoration to the existing cabinets and countertop in the existing kitchen that are both in excellent condition. Also, the kitchen will receive a vinyl snap-lock moisture friendly floor system. Kitchen will also be receiving a new refrigerator and new fixtures for proper lighting. We will be converting the common room which gives access to both the A and B units to a new kitchenette and laundry room area where each tenant may have privacy in their own personal spaces. New washers and dryer's for each unit will be provided along with additional refrigerator for unit B. The entire property will be prepped correctly and painted with two coats of white wall paint and trims to receive semigloss white paint. Ceramic tile will be installed in laundry areas and also in the kitchenette area. Switches and outlets on the property will be switched out and new switches and outlets will be installed with new cover plates throughout. HVAC system will be serviced and new filters put in place along with register covers. For the rest of the property there will be new carpet installed in the living room, dining room, bedrooms and entry places. New girder will be installed across the entire basement and will be cleaned and broom swept for convenience of storage. All contractors and subcontractors will be licensed and insured in the county and state of the work being performed.
